The château’s origins reach back nearly a thousand years, to a medieval stronghold that changed hands between French and English lords during centuries of territorial struggle. Today, these same walls welcome a new chapter.
First recorded in 1083, Mirambeau began as a fortress overlooking an important route through the region.
